…ssed) vcell-ode 0.9.5 appended newly triggered event executions to its queue instead of merging them, so an event due before one already waiting aborted the run with "missed Event": 10 delayed-event cases of the SBML test suite (SBML_IT) failed in the 8.2.0.08 regression. 0.9.6 merges them (virtualcell/vcell-ode#11); all 691 local SBMLTestSuiteTest cases pass.
