Port MATLAB's bioheatExact function to k-Wave Python,
Author

I don't currently have access to MATLAB for direct numerical validation, so testing against the original implementation would be appreciated. This was tested by recreating a small number of previously developed MATLAB scripts. |
Updated bioheat_exact function to assume periodic boundary conditions and improved error handling for GPU execution.
basic test file for temperature simulation in homogeneous medium.

Port MATLAB's bioheatExact function to k-Wave Python,
Fix GPU input conversion before merging so the solver can accept its own GPU output.
