Visual Recognition sample does not match documentation #166

Dear Paul,
Thanks for all these awesome labs. We recently did a Watson IOT workshop in Delhi, India and took this sample as a baseline but improved more on top of it to meet our workshop goal. I have provided the documentation and how to create the same here using V3:- https://github.com/ECoDIndia/cognitivehome/blob/master/Cognitive%20Home%20-%20Watson%20Visual%20Recognition%20Lab.pdf. You can have a look.
The base documentation for Visual Recognition V3 is missing. Also the flow in the node-red-bluemix-starter set hangs on the node-red node an example included have tried it on four of the examples.
