The latest successful use I could find was 1 September 2021 (PR #31).
GitHub Actions currently shows no retained runs for this workflow.
Currently “Combine PRs” uses an obsolete API call:
github.pulls.create; the installedactions/github-script@v5requiresgithub.rest.pulls.create. This would fail at PR creation.“Only combine green PRs” accepts PRs with no checks.
So probably just better to nuke it.
Same cleanup as wbstack/api#1306.
