Move to Node 24 and npm 11, upgrade Docusaurus and React, and adopt supported ESLint 9 and TypeScript 5 tooling. Replace the Yarn distribution and lockfile with npm's reproducible lockfile. Update Docusaurus configuration, component APIs, semantic markup, stable list keys, gallery integration, responsive CSS, and asset URL handling without rewriting the site's personal content.
