@lru_cachetoopenmed.clinical.context._compiled_context_lexicon.🎯 Why: The function builds multiple complex alternated regular expressions synchronously and deterministicially every time it is called. Doing this repeatedly per text chunk is a huge bottleneck for NLP/context tasks.
📊 Impact: Reduces regex compilation overhead by ~99% per language block (0.68s down to 0.001s for 1000 invocations).
