DT64-2: Independent documentation-only draft

Identity witnesses and negative source cases for AD/Entra/Exchange, Odoo HR and SAP CATS. No live connectivity.

Status: Plan only, not an implementation or operator approval. No runtime/ABI changes. Branch based on main, later stages to be re-verified after parent merge.

DT64 ↔ Quack first-binding coordination (2026-10-26)

DT64-QB minimal interface and eight-predicate oracle narrows the first executable gate: DT64 provides source-attested typed semantic bindings and borrowed lanes; Quack/RelAlg/R2IL/mask-risc execute relational algebra. ndarray owns numerics, D-NAM owns numerical methods; ONNX/TFLite remain leaf targets. A reusable compiled recipe is not permission to reuse an escaped Keep mask (#1792 MERGED; escaped authority still OPEN). No new runtime, mandatory DR³ tensor or production code is authorized by these docs.
