What to build

Every specialist's instructions are updated to teach v2 facts traced to the verified-facts record: plugin engineer teaches Effect-first authoring and the v2 hook-family map (keeping the hooks-never-throw advisory contract); tool builder pivots to plugin-registered tools with a port path for v1 tool files; packager and publisher emit v2-native registration snippets and consumer instructions; MCP integrator teaches the v2 server schema including Code Mode; agent designer teaches v2 frontmatter and permissions; command crafter teaches the v2 command fields; skill creator teaches the v2 skill knobs; extension auditor inventories v2 targets and judges v2 conformance; the architect's routing notes and packaging checks use the v2 registration key.

Acceptance criteria

• Each agent's API claims trace to the verified-facts record
• No agent teaches a replaced v1 identifier as current
• Tool builder includes the v1 tool-file port path
• Architect's structural checks use the v2 registration key
