   Released 1.0.0 via the established tag-push flow (no local publish).

   • Version is 1.0.0 and CI is green — package.json at 1.0.0; CI run 37576403649 succeeded on 242d81f (both Typecheck & Test and V2 verification harness)
   • CHANGELOG documents the v2 cutover and upgrade capability — new ## [1.0.0] - 2026-10-07 section (breaking v2-native-only cutover, Effect-first runtime, guidance/agent/template rewrites, and the one-shot opencode-v2-upgrade skill + /upgrade-opencode-v2 command)
