Use the firmware preparation fix from OpenEarable/open_earable_flutter#152 and display its error reason. Invalid ZIPs now finish as failed, release the running state, and allow Back immediately.
Stacked on #315 to retain its battery decoder fix. The pinned library commit combines library #151 and #152; this PR adds only FOTA failure handling to that dependency baseline.
Validated in the real OpenWearables app on the connected Pixel using the audit's malformed manifest:
Update failed: Exception: Failed to parse manifest.json, immediate Back, both ears remain connected. A subsequent valid update and three further updates completed without restarting the app. App tests, analysis, and all CI checks pass.
