Remove Dear Sir Demis page and UK email-your-MP tool (moved to pauseai.uk) - #1228

Redirect /dear-sir-demis-2025 (and its locale-prefixed variants) to https://pauseai.uk/campaigns/dear-sir-demis-2025, drop it from the posts API so sitemap/RSS stop listing it, and remove the route and the colour tokens only it used. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The tool has moved to PauseAI UK's own site. Redirect /uk-email-mp and /embed/uk-email-mp there, point the Dear Sir Demis CTA straight at it, and delete the pages, API routes, components, MP data and the now-unused micromark dependency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Combines #1221 and #1227 (both by @frabcus) into one PR, since they conflict: #1227 edits the Dear Sir Demis page's "Email Your MP" CTA, which #1221 deletes. The conflict is resolved by keeping the deletion; otherwise the three commits are cherry-picked unchanged.
