Cleans up recent GeoSPARQL function tests (from #4234, #4222, and #4205) to match the rest of the module: each function now gets its own test file with positive and negative cases kept together.
It breaks up the combined test files so every function has its own file, and drops duplicate checks for basic ARQ behavior.
This PR only modifies the tests.
