• Declare ffprobe and browser codec requirements.
• Replace private project quotes and fixed preferences with reusable product-demo direction guidance.

Verification

• Remote CI passed on screenshot head d97a8fb7; all required checks are green.
• Isolated install-ref smoke test on 3d13fb31: PASS. Verified ffprobe metadata, byte-range streaming, frame-note context, and unresolved-note carry-forward with original still provenance.
• Verified packaged overview content and marketplace Markdown limits.
• README already uses the public plugin/video-markup install ref.

• Used CI-built bundles and node tooling/publish-install-refs.mjs without --push.
• Each plugin source tree in the disposable QA assembly was verified identical to its own PR.
• CLI/RPC and HTTP verification used synthetic fixtures. The screenshot worker’s captured states and browser evidence are below.

Screenshots needed

Capture actual bb at least 1200px wide, preferably DPR 2; each file must be at most 2 MiB. Use synthetic content only.

Seed a 6–10 second H.264 MP4 recording of a synthetic “Sample tasks” product with tasks “Draft welcome text” and “Review onboarding.” Show selecting a task, editing its title, and marking it complete. Use no personal workspace, account, repository, or host details. Save as sample-tasks-v1.mp4, then present it with bb video-markup present --file <absolute-video-path> --demo sample-tasks and emit the returned directive in the fixture thread.

• Frame review: pause on the edit action, box the title input, add “Keep the title visible while editing,” then select that note for the prompt. Capture the panel and marked frame; replace the placeholder README image.
• Revision review: record sample-tasks-v2.mp4 with a longer hold on the edited title; present it with the same demo. Show the version selector and carried open note. Keep the first version's original still provenance visible.
• Prompt handoff: choose Add to prompt and show the inserted note mention without sending it.

Image capture, clip composition, and replacements belong to the assigned screenshot worker.

The before image is described rather than shown because it contains an internal demo name.

docs/screenshot.png keeps its path so the root catalog still resolves; docs/revision-review.png and docs/prompt-handoff.png are new and referenced from the plugin README. No version bump: Video Markup is not version-tagged.
