Briefs advanced from f4e3e672076a0f56c5d1635ffa2e09cadbb6e9fd only through a two-parent merge of this main. Its plugin directory is identical before and after that merge.

Shared-file resolutions union Desktop, Content Calendar, Pull Requests and Briefs with every existing publishing opt-in. The regenerated lockfile preserves all workspaces and corrects main's Desktop version from 0.1.0 to its manifest's 1.0.0. Its only other differences from main are the source changes to Content Calendar 0.1.4 and Pull Requests 0.1.1. Every main catalog heading remains.
