Pin the stable release line to the just-issued c2pa-rs 0.91.0 release and refresh Cargo.lock. Also update the trust-sidecar test assertion for c2pa 0.91.0's normalized trust.anchors settings field. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

c2pa 0.91 rejects manifests with more than one created/opened action. The integration fixture only needs the temporal change data from the second action, so model it as an edit instead of a second opened action. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
