Adds cppduals 0.9.4 and makes it the default version.
0.9.4 is a performance and correctness release for the Eigen 5 integration:

dual<T>matrix products are split into real GEMMs (2-3x faster atN=512), and mixed
dual<T> * Tmatrix products under Eigen 5, which did notcompile in 0.9.3, are fixed.
