Prove concrete pointer metadata operations

Expose six concrete roots calling the production PointerMetadata methods.
Prove unit and usize conversions, variant handling, and checked sizing.
Rename the layout argument to avoid an extracted namespace collision;
the method bodies and trait dictionaries remain the production ones.

Validation: pinned extraction; independent golden/live proofs,
required-contract checks and axiom audits; targeted Rust tests.
