feat(skills): triage unattended with an afk argument - #166
Conversation
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
/quest-complete afk and /quest-spawn afk act on their recommendations without asking, except merges and deletes, which still get one simple question each. Decisions that are not simple become skips noted in the summary, and /quest-plan sessions wait for the summary. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

| With an `afk` argument, the user has stepped away: your recommendation stands in for their pick of `/quest-start`, skip, `/quest-ready`, or `/quest-iterate`, so act on it without asking. | ||
| Still ask about each `/quest-merge` and `/quest-delete` you recommend, as one simple question with your recommendation first. | ||
| Skip a quest or PR whose decision is not simple, noting why in the summary instead of asking. |

Define AFK handling for headless-agent decisions
When afk is combined with api, a headless child that returns a decision still reaches the unconditional instruction on line 79 to ask the user before resuming. Because this new section only substitutes recommendations for the listed triage actions, it does not say whether to resume a child with its recommended answer or leave it stopped, so /quest-spawn afk api can block on a non-merge/delete question despite the advertised unattended behavior. Add an AFK-specific override for this resume path.

Fixed in c67357a: in afk mode the recommendation now also answers each simple decision an agent reports, including when resuming a headless agent; a decision that is not simple is skipped and noted in the summary. Applied to complete.md too, where sub-agent decisions had the same gap.

Without this, /quest-spawn afk api still asked the user before resuming a headless agent, and /quest-complete afk prompted for sub-agent decisions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Re-create the afk quest to replace the `afk` argument that landed in #166 with /quest-afk. Move ready-at-hand-back into guide-rules, since quest start landed in #167 without it. Drop pr-states' Required on the landed quest start, and the helpers README entries for landed quests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Completes quest/m0/helpers/afk.md.
Problem
Before stepping away, the user keeps typing the same instruction into
/quest-complete: act on the recommended skip/iterate picks and only ask about merges.Behavior
/quest-complete afkand/quest-spawn afk(new## Unattendedsection in each skill):/quest-ready, or/quest-iterate(and/quest-startin spawn), dispatched without asking./quest-mergeand/quest-deleteis still asked as one simple question, recommendation first./quest-spawn apiagent./quest-plansessions (suggested follow-ups, and spawn's deprioritize) wait for the summary, since planning is an interview. Also adds a two-line README note next to the
/quest-spawn apiparagraph, deletes the finished quest, and removes it from the helpers epic.Decisions made unattended
complete.md/spawn.md./quest-plan, so in afk mode it is held for the summary like other planning.apiis documented.Validation
