Documents the delivered baseCommand and profile-cell additionalArguments fields, strict legacy fallback, authoritative legacy-value retention and unchanged launch composition. The authored diff is limited to docs/reference/settings.md and docs/features/coding-agent-profiles.md; CLI --command and the combined launch Command wording stay intact.

The exact approved P04 replacement section was also appended to the separate shared guideline, preserving every previous byte. Shared policy SHA256: 91ea75420ad29c0b0407383bf3d0f5d2b032e8fedc6eb4a97ee3e83be1dce29c.

Validation: JSON examples parsed, source claims and historical fixture applicability verified, independent cold RustGrinch and ArchitectGrinch reviews PASS. Integrated main d0f91a3d5a33edadfd3b2c0e337654f4cd5acc6f locally into head 5103724de545591f90fd64e12bbdc80cbeb962fd (tree a41d9c6a829f92aed49cd7248cdaef05dd29668d); focused RustGrinch integration review PASS. Both authored documents, the shared policy and nine relevant source/test blobs are unchanged; the remaining tree matches the incoming target exactly. No local product tests/builds were rerun for this documentation-only change. All triggered and configured-required CI checks remain mandatory on the exact integrated head.

Original BASE 6f1ca43c06cb39a7caed941f1e640dc0bcde43de and the full provenance inventory are preserved: 17 inherited release paths plus two authored docs. Authored target-to-head diff check passes. Original-BASE-to-head diff check reports four preexisting Markdown two-space hard breaks in docs/releases/v0.45.0/release-plan.md:5–8; the user explicitly accepted that inherited local result and preserving those bytes. The nonzero result is recorded, with no CI waiver or unrelated release edit.

Room19 independently inspected the real delta and confirmed UNRELATED_TO_P04_DOCUMENTED_CONTRACTS_AND_EXAMPLES. PR #3049 changes README/quickstart documentation. PR #3053 replaces direct Arc<RwLock<AppSettings>> constructions with a factory containing that identical construction; settings.rs changes only the factory and two unrelated test constructions. The documented schema, selectors, legacy retention, launch behavior, authored files and examples are unchanged. No build input, lockfile, dependency or workflow changed in this target delta.
