Documentation-only assessment: CHANGELOG.md is the sole changed path (+2/-1). Reviewed against the merged #3067 and #3075 source and delivery descriptions. The previous pair-hash inactivity claim is now false and this corrects it before live release evidence generation. Applying admin-merge-docs-only with no red required check; full CI remains mandatory on the subsequent combined release PR. |

The newly merged #3067 activates pair identity hashes, so Unreleased must no longer describe that derivation as inactive. Describe the delivered informational metadata and preserved stable IDs/references/sessions/HOME, with client mirroring still pending. Also account for #3075 private Matrix copy/provenance helpers as dormant until team-creation integration.
Refs #3078. Sole changed path: CHANGELOG.md. Claims checked against both merged PRs and the actual production hunks in config/settings.rs and commands/config.rs; diff check passes. This changes release-note inputs, not product code. Land accurate notes before generating the replacement live V1 release bundle. The release PR will still require complete ci:full and required checks.
