MERGE Positive improvement: open decisions (naming, API shape, release blockers, follow-ups) were easy to miss when agents flipped PRs to ready and buried questions in final reports. Keeping the PR draft until those are resolved, listing them in the report, and having the coordinator surface them as batched prompts with a recommendation closes that gap without touching code, API, or wire format. Worth the complexity: +5/−1 in skill prose. The draft-until-resolved rule and the prompt/relay loop are a small process change that matches the skill’s existing interactive prompting style earlier in the file. Different approach: you could leave PRs ready and rely on review comments or a checklist instead, but that still lets unfinished decisions look mergeable. Gating readiness on resolved decisions is the cleaner fix for the stated problem. One thing to watch when running the skill: “relay each answer to the agent that owns the PR” assumes that agent is still reachable (or can be re-woken). If a sub-agent has already exited, the coordinator may need to apply the answer and mark ready itself—worth clarifying in a follow-up if that case shows up in practice. Not a reason to hold this change. This is an automated review, not the maintainer's decision |

Keep blocked PRs in draft after confirmation
When /start-quest stops at the explicitly allowed blocker on line 16, such as an unavailable release or failing check, the user can confirm the blocker without clearing it, after which this instruction marks the incomplete PR ready. CONTRIBUTING.md:23-25 permits readiness only after the work is finished and just check passes, so require the blocker to be cleared and completion checks to succeed rather than treating confirmation alone as sufficient.

Outdated: this PR no longer touches start-quest; the quest skills are handled by #4252.

Expose the shared hand-off to the quest skills
Fresh evidence in this revision is that the final tree removes the decisions symlink and restores the unchanged local .claude/skills/start-quest and spawn-quests directories, so this submodule pin cannot make either command load the new hand-off. As a result, /start-quest still marks a PR ready whenever the agent is happy (start-quest/SKILL.md:20-22), while /spawn-quests only reports completion and offers follow-ups (spawn-quests/SKILL.md:29-30); neither surfaces and resolves maintainer decisions as this change intends. Add an exposed shared skill and invoke it from both local skills, or retain the decision workflow directly in them.

Intentional: the quest skills get the hand-off when #4252 pins .quest to kixelated/quest main (moq-dev/quest#7), as noted in the description. This PR only covers .claude/shared.

Add Dart to the version-source list
When /bump is used for the independently published Dart wrapper, this supposedly complete source-of-truth section provides no Dart entry. The Release Dart workflow reads the version from dart/moq/pubspec.yaml, while dart/moq_ffi follows the Rust moq-ffi-v* tag, so omitting both can cause the generic skill to skip Dart or infer the wrong source; document them alongside the other language bindings. Fixed in 9fbbf38: Dart now lists dart/moq/pubspec.yaml, with moq_ffi covered by the FFI-counterparts note.

OBS local builds use
rs/libmoq/Cargo.toml, but OBS release builds use thelibmoq-v*tag. The release script does not compare the tag with the Cargo version. A differing tag can therefore produce a plugin release whose version is independent of the Cargo manifest.Suggested fix
-- **OBS**: the plugin takes the `libmoq` crate's version (`cpp/obs/CMakeLists.txt`), so release-plz owns it. +- **OBS**: local builds take `rs/libmoq/Cargo.toml`; release builds use the `libmoq-v*` tag as `MOQ_VERSION`. Keep the tag and crate version aligned; release-plz owns the crate version.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

| - **Rust**: release-plz owns crate versions and Rust dependency requirements. | ||

Include uv.lock in the Python version source
When /bump follows this new only instruction for moq-rs, it leaves the root lockfile's workspace entry at the old version (uv.lock:511-512). py/justfile:137 runs uv lock --check, whose help defines --check as “Check if the lockfile is up-to-date”; reproducing a 0.5.1 to 0.5.2 change only in pyproject.toml makes that check try to regenerate the lockfile, while updating the uv.lock entry makes it pass. List uv.lock alongside the Python manifest, as the JavaScript entry does for bun.lock. (Written by GPT-5.6 Sol)
