feat(net)!: let live announcements renew their auth - #5695

Open API decision before implementation:
The IETF receive path and renewal refusal semantics already exist. After this decision, the first implementation slice should be outgoing (written by GPT-5.4) |

auth::Handle::add() returns a cloneable auth::Auth, presented until its last clone drops. Route::auth names one; the ietf publisher sends it as the PUBLISH_NAMESPACE authorization token, renews with REQUEST_UPDATE on draft-17+ and restarts the request before. Renewals are in flight together. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A FIN on an update in flight is the peer cancelling the request, and an update written after the peer ended it fails only that request: both now withdraw and re-offer the namespace instead of closing the session. Renewals in flight are polled by which stream woke, with deadlines in send order, so many renewing at once costs per answer, not per request held. Adds the auth/renewal bench swept over routes and sessions, renames moq-tokio's connection::auth types to Handle and Auth, and documents Route::auth. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Mirrors Route::auth in js/net: Route.auth names a token from auth.add(), which a session carries on its PUBLISH_NAMESPACE only when it issued it. Swapping it renews the request with REQUEST_UPDATE from draft 17 and makes it again before; moq-lite advertises the route unnamed. On moq-transport auth.add() now keeps a token for requests even without MoQ Auth. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
WalkthroughThe change adds session-issued authorization credentials to routes in JavaScript and Rust. MoQ Transport publishers can include eligible credentials in namespace announcements and renew requests when route auth changes. The implementation handles protocol versions that support request updates and versions that require a fresh announcement. Auth APIs distinguish session handles from individual credentials, and tests cover token ownership, closure, and renewal behavior. Priority: ➖ Normal Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to

An acceptor that accepted a renewal's token and dropped the grant it replaces in one step ended the request: the guard polls the old grant first, so it saw the drop before the serve loop applied the renewal. The request grant now tracks the renewal being verified, and a dropped grant whose renewal the acceptor already granted hands over to it. The renewal bench drops each round's grants as the next round lands, without the two-round hold that worked around it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
JS `Auth` (a session's tokens and grants) becomes `Handle`, and `Token` (one presented token) becomes `Auth`, matching `moq_net::auth::Handle` and `moq_net::auth::Auth`. The docs now say a route's token belongs to the session that added it, so a reconnect adds it again and re-announces, and the new "Auth outlives its session" quest carries the connection-level handle. - Rust: a renewal the acceptor granted outlives the old grant's deadline too, not only its drop, when the serve loop applies it late. - JS: closing a token a route names makes the request again without it, instead of leaving the peer holding the withdrawn token. - JS: a request-only token ends with its session. - JS: with MoQ Auth negotiated, a reset AUTH stream fails the token rather than keeping it for requests, matching Rust: only a peer whose SETUP omits the extension leaves tokens to requests. - Rust: a token ending advances the auth epoch even when the union is unchanged, so the namespace loop re-syncs and makes a request carrying it again without it. - JS: add() copies a caller's buffer, so reusing it never changes what a request carries. The SUBSCRIBE_NAMESPACE loop on drafts 14 and 15 advertises with PUBLISH_NAMESPACE requests too, so a closed route token must remake its request there as well. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Their answer to a solicited SUBSCRIBE_NAMESPACE is a PUBLISH_NAMESPACE, which carries the token; only the inline NAMESPACE from draft 16 cannot. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

A peer that resets a request's stream while its renewal is in flight made the read fail, which ended the whole announce loop. A stream error now ends only that request, like a FIN; a malformed answer still ends the loop. Also drop a duplicated comment line and state the issuer quest's goal as its outcome.
