fix(mux): split the declared clock out so the decode_clock bench compiles - #6682
cargo clippy -p moq-mux --benches (and just fix, which lints all targets) fails on main. The decode_clock bench compiles src/container/decode.rs on its own via #[path], and #6453 added the declared clock to that file, which names crate::Result, crate::Error, and crate::codec::video::max_reorder. None of those exist in the bench crate. The merge gate builds only --tests, so the break reached main; nightly's feature lint would have caught it.
Approach
Move the declared clock (DeclaredClock, the reorder-depth check, its error, and its tests) into its own private module, container/declared.rs, so decode.rs again depends on nothing else in the crate. The depth check is now declared::depth(config) instead of decode::declared(config). A module doc line on decode.rs notes why it stays self-contained.
Impact
None: crate-private moves only, no public API or wire change.
Alternatives
Stub Result, Error, and codec inside the bench: keeps the file intact but the stubs drift from the crate.
Bench through a public muxer API: measures more than the clock, which is what the sweep isolates.
The pull request adds declared video reorder-depth validation and a decode clock in a dedicated module. The clock buffers frames, validates presentation ordering, and emits increasing DTS values, including negative DTS for leading frames. The FLV, MKV, and TS exporters now obtain declared depth and use the clock through the new module. The previous implementation and its tests were removed from decode.rs.
Priority: Low
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 27109
This is a refactor that makes the decode_clock bench compile again, with no public API or wire changes. The remaining suggestion is to add a bench build to the merge gate so a later break is caught before merge. It is optional follow-up and does not block this change.
