Summary

Plans the follow-up of moq-dev/rust2#662, now queued: Array references from slices and cells [S]. It covers TryFrom<&mut [T]> for &mut [T; N] (slice.try_into()), Cell::as_array_of_cells, and convert::identity of a &mut [T; N], each lending the array where it is. Today they're unsupported calls, and try_into this way is common in parsers.

No actionable findings in the complete two-file, documentation-only diff. The new quest is linked correctly from the m3 index, captures the safe-API follow-ups documented in #662, and keeps the implementation within the existing slice representation and m3 unsafe policy. Requiring differential tests against native Rust is the right validation direction for preserving borrowing and mutation semantics.

Scope: static review through GitHub of the full diff, linked planning documents, repository review guidance, and #662's documented follow-ups. No tests, builds, or quest checks were run; the future implementation is not validated by this review. Submitted as COMMENT, not approval.
