docs: link the MiniMax prompt entry to its fork and upstream PRs - #167

The MiniMax changelog entry landed before its PR number existed. Add the merged fork PR (#166) and the upstream submission (anomalyco/opencode#41032), matching the retire-on-upstream-merge note the dialog-paste entry already uses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

… PR (#169) The CodeGraph entry (#128) describes codev codegraph enable — the fork-side workaround for CodeGraph's installer not recognizing CoDev Code. That native support is now proposed upstream as colbymchenry/codegraph#1459 (custom installer targets), so codegraph install --target codev wires the same entry from the CodeGraph side. Note it on the existing entry, matching the upstream-link convention #167 used for the MiniMax prompt entry.

What does this PR do?
The MiniMax prompt entry (#166) was written before its PR number existed, so it
had no reference. This adds:
([#166](https://github.com/quickbeard/codev-code/pull/166))anomalyco/opencode#41032, with the same"if it lands there, this entry retires" note the dialog-paste entry already
uses — the same fix was sent upstream, and if upstream merges it the
divergence goes away.
