Use the battery decoder from OpenEarable/open_earable_flutter#151, pinned to its tested commit until a package release includes it. This fixes repeated power-status decoding errors and reversed cycle-count bytes in the app.
Validated: release APK installed on Pixel 9a; 12 correct power and health readings per ear. App tests (106) and analysis pass with the prefix fix also applied locally. No unrelated lockfile upgrades.
