Summary

Ships the explorer director as the @corbits/agent-explorer workspace package under agents/explorer, following the intern extraction precedent
The registry resolves the explorer from the workspace package; the prompt and lane are byte-identical
Adds a co-located wiring test pinning the director contract, registry identity, and read-tool parity

Verification

bun run typecheck, bun run lint, bun run build, and bun run check:dead-exports pass on this branch in isolation
bun test src/agent/directors/ src/agent/default-agents.ts src/subagent/agent-fleet.test.ts passes (138 pass, 0 fail)
Full bun run check passes (8367 pass, 0 fail)
